2) Open 'My Computer' and click on the icon for iCloud Photos. 3) In the upper left there are options to Download and Upload photos. 4) Chose the 'Download Photos and Videos' and a new dialogue box will open. 5) Simply chose 'All Photos' or select an album and click download.
